QA Framework Session Strengthens Software Quality and ISO Readiness

Our QA team recently conducted an internal knowledge-sharing session titled “QA Framework – Ensuring Quality.” The session was led by our QA Lead and focused on strengthening our organization’s approach to quality assurance across projects.

The session introduced a structured and evidence-driven QA framework designed to ensure consistent delivery standards, improve overall product quality, and enhance client satisfaction. Team members were guided through practical strategies for implementing quality checks throughout the development lifecycle.

A key highlight of the session was aligning our QA practices with internationally recognized standards, including ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022. By adopting these best practices, the framework supports our company’s ongoing commitment to quality management, information security, and operational excellence.
