Position Overview
We are seeking an AI Engineer to train and deploy ML models and build LLM applications like RAG pipelines, agents, and chatbots that wire real AI into real business workflows. You'll ship to production in weeks, not quarters, working with a small team that ships together.
Key Responsibilities
- Train and deploy ML models as production systems, not just notebooks.
- Build LLM applications: RAG pipelines, agents, and chatbots.
- Wire AI into real business workflows for operations and marketing teams.
- Ship features to production in weeks, not quarters.
- Collaborate with a small, async-first team that ships together.
Requirements
- Strong Python for production code, not scripts.
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar).
- Strong systems thinking and problem-solving ability.
Bonus Points
- Experience with n8n or Make automation.
- FastAPI and Docker deployment experience.
- Familiarity with vector databases or RAG pipelines.
- An active GitHub profile or side projects to show.
